Q. What is RESONUS ACCOUNT?

RESONUS ACCOUNT is a convenient system that allows you to use the services of the RESONUS Group (RESONUS Face Clinic Tokyo, RESONUS Beauty Community Oasis, RESONUS Online Store) with a single account. With this account, you can access various services within the group with just one login.

Q. What are the benefits of RESONUS ACCOUNT?

- You can easily use multiple services within the group. - Login information is centrally managed, improving security. - Procedures such as clinic appointments become smoother.

Account Registration

Q. How do I register for RESONUS ACCOUNT?

Click the login button on each service site to display the new registration page. Choose whether to register with an email address or a social account. *If the login page opens, click "Register here" at the top of the screen to open the new registration page.

Q. What is social account registration?

It is a method to create a RESONUS ACCOUNT using your Google or LINE account without setting a password. After registration, you can access by simply clicking the social login button without entering an email or password.

Account Usage & Management

Q. Basic account usage

Register an account to use various services. If you already have accounts for services you are using, you may need to complete account migration.

Q. How do I change my registration information?

You can change it from the My Page or account settings page of each service. Changes to registration information are automatically reflected across all services.

Q. How do I migrate an existing account?

To link your past usage history, please complete the procedure on the account migration screen displayed when you first use each service.

Q. About creating multiple accounts

Please use one RESONUS ACCOUNT per person.

Q. About account sharing

Please refrain from sharing your account. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from sharing.

Q. About access from mobile apps

In-app browsers such as LINE and Yahoo! may not function properly. Please use a standard browser such as Safari or Google Chrome.

Registration Troubleshooting

Q. If verification code is not received

First, please try the following steps: - Check that the email address you entered is correct. - Check if the email is in your spam folder. - Make sure emails from noreply@resonus-account.com can be received. - Try resending the verification code. If the issue persists, please contact customer support.

Q. If you accidentally created multiple accounts

If you want to merge accounts created by mistake, please contact customer support with the following information: - The account you want to keep (registered email and name) - Information about other accounts you created

Login Troubleshooting

Q. If you forgot your password

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. *If you registered with Google or LINE, this step is not necessary. Just click the appropriate login button.

Q. If you cannot log in with Google or LINE

Please check the following: - Check that you are logged into your Google or LINE account. - If you registered with an email address, please try that instead. - If an error occurs during LINE login on iPhone, try using Google Chrome as your default browser. If you still cannot log in, please contact customer support.
