Is my credit card information shared automatically?
No, it is not. Payment information is managed separately for each service.
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Can I change my registered email address?
Yes, you can change it from your account settings page.

What is Login Integration?
Login Integration allows you to access all RESONUS Group services with a single account.
Do I need to register separately for each service?
No, once you create a RESONUS ACCOUNT, you can use it across all services.
About Account Migration
Who needs to migrate their account?
Users who have used our services before August 2024 need to migrate their existing accounts.
What happens to my purchase history after migration?
Your purchase history will be transferred to your new RESONUS ACCOUNT.
